Fitness for Duty Evaluation

What is a Fitness for Duty evaluation?

A Fitness for Duty evaluation (FFD) is used to determine if the candidate is physical and mentally suitable for the job. Employers rely on these exams to ensure their employees can safely perform their specific job requirements. Some of the reasons for this evaluation are but not limited to an employee returning to work after a personal illness or work injury, baby bonding, and safety concerns while employed. With a variety of occupations in the San Joaquin and surrounding counties, our office offers customized examinations to meet the company's needs.
