DMV Examinations

What is a DMV examination?

A DMV physical is a medical examination required for Commercial motor vehicle drivers by the department of Transportation (DOT). A DMV physical may be required annually or every 2 years while holding a transportation occupation. This examination evaluates if the driver is able to operate a commercial motor vehicle by reviewing their medical history, blood pressure, vision, hearing and collecting a urine sample.

What documentation will you need to bring and how to prepare during your examination?

Our office will provide you with the MCSA-5875 documentation to complete. If you have already filled out this form, please feel free to bring them in to your appointment.
